Using Azurepath's data import tool is an ideal way to get started with your new CRM. Import allows you to drag and drop any CSV or Excel file created by you or exported from your previous CRM to batch populate account, lead and/or contact information. Visit "Import" using the main menu next to your login name and follow the simple instructions and guidance tools that allow you to map your Excel / CSV column headers to Azurepath. If you can't find an ideal Azurepath field match, select Account or Lead tags. If you're not sure about a field map choice, click the insight button (circled i) located next to Azurepath column match drop down. It contains the Azurepath field definition, total and unique value counts, and samples of your data to be imported. Import is an ideal way to rapidly add and/or update your Azurepath accounts, leads, contacts, or payment information. Be sure your spreadsheet has column headers and does not contain multiple worksheets. Learn more about importing here.
Azurepath can make System Setup changes for you based on the data you import. However, it is important to visit System Setup to fully tailor Azurepath to your business' needs. Customize Account type and region lists as well as Lead stages (your selling process) and canned notes (key and common information to be left in a note about a lead). In addition, System Setup allows you to add products, pricing and COGS information, add and manage users as well as to set targets for those users, a team or your business. Visit the Application tab in System Setup to choose a currency, customize lead highlighting timeframes, add your company logo, choose a color scheme, and more.
Azurepath encourages its users to leverage searchable and flexible Account and Lead tags for custom pieces of information but when a custom text field or drop down list is required, up to five are easy to add to either Accounts or Leads. Visit System Setup and click on the Account or Lead tab depending upon where you want the custom element to appear. Custom fields are located at the bottom left of System Setup Account and Lead tabs. The "T" icon is for text entry fields and the list icon is for drop down lists. Click to edit the text and reorder, add or remove list options as needed. Click "Done" in the main menu above and you're all set.
Azurepath allows for highly customizable layouts. The light gray gear icon is for changing display options. Reorder, hide or show different Account and Lead columns, trend charts or insights depending upon what section of Azurepath you're in. Click column headers to sort the list information. Use the light gray line "handles" between the list's column headers to resize your columns to best fit your screen size.
Access System Setup and click the "Users" tab. Use the icon buttons on the left to add individual users or teams to group users (users can belong to multiple teams). Added users will be notified via email that you've invited them to join Azurepath. Their invite will expire after 72 hours. You can direct them to your Azurepath domain or Azurepath website at this point and they'll just have to enter their email address and click "reset password".
Azurepath offers five user roles to cover virtually any company structure. Azurepath's five user roles are Admin, CRM + Forecast, CRM Only, Assigned + View, and Assigned Only. Admin’s can view and edit all information in Azurepath and make system setup changes. CRM + Forecast users can view and edit all CRM and forecast information but not make system setup changes. CRM Only users can view and edit all CRM information. Assigned + View users can edit only Accounts or Leads assigned to them but view and add touches to leads not assigned to them as well as create and assign new leads (an ideal role for inside sales reps). Assigned Only users can view and edit only Accounts or Leads assigned to them.
