Any email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) can integrate with Azurepath. Simply add firstname.lastname@example.org to your cc or bcc field when contacting a lead and your communication will show up under that lead's touches. Any non-image attachment such as a proposal or contract will be added to that lead's attachments. Note that cc'ed emails are tracked at the lead level (not account) so a lead must exist for email@example.com to work. If you forget to use firstname.lastname@example.org or want to include past emails as part of the lead touch trail, simply forward emails to email@example.com. Allow a few minutes for cc'ed emails to appear as touches.
Azurepath can ingest web form leads automatically from any web form. Simply add firstname.lastname@example.org as a cc'ed recipient of your form's email notification and click the new lead count shown in the image below to import compiled leads. Be sure the email you used to sign up for Azurepath is also on the recipient list for this feature to function properly. Azurepath will ingest common form fields and place the entire contents of the email in the newly created lead's touches if you need to review unique questions or comments in your form responses. Note that newly captured leads appear on an hourly basis.
Azurepath allows you to import CSV and Excel files created by you, other CRMs, Quickbooks, Xero and more. Visit "Import" using the main menu next to your login name and follow the simple instructions and guidance tools that allow you to map your import columns to Azurepath (use Account or Lead tags for custom information). Import is an ideal way to rapidly add and/or update your Azurepath accounts, leads, contacts, or payment information. Azurepath also allows you to export any list to a spreadsheet. Look for the export list icon at the bottom, right of any Azurepath list and click it to generate and Excel file that downloads to your desktop.
Azurepath attachments are located in the lead detail subsection. Attachments are the third tab from the left. Click the "+" icon to add or modify your attachments. You may either upload attachments directly into Azurepath (designated by the paperclip icon under "type") or you can link to documents stored outside of Azurepath in DropBox, GDrive, Box and more (designated by the link icon under "type"). Note that you can automatically add attachments to leads using email@example.com when emailing a lead a proposal or contract.
Azurepath leads have one click / touch buttons to navigate, email and call. Navigate to the lead account's address using Google Maps. Email a lead contact and automatically cc Azurepath (you may need to specify Gmail as your preferred email client). Call a lead contact and you'll be automatically prompted to leave a touch note (you may need to specify Google Hangouts as your preferred call application if you're not on your mobile phone.
Send a Constant Contact email and your sales reps can track open and engagement level in their Azurepath lead queue. Engaged prospects highlight green and can be sorted to guide follow up activity. To link your Azurepath and Constant Constact accounts, simply visit System Setup / Application in Azurepath, and click the constant contact icon. You will be taken to the login screen for your Constant Contact account. Complete the login and the connection is now established. Note that Azurepath lead emails must align with those in constact contact for this integration to work.
